Man explains how Rapido rides are a ‘fitness hack’ on Bengaluru’s ‘patchy roads’

A Bengaluru-based entrepreneur has gone viral with a satirical post about the city’s infrastructure, as he humorously claimed that his Rapido rides double as a “fitness hack.”
Saurabh Aggarwal shared on LinkedIn that a gym membership isn’t necessary in Bengaluru, where daily commutes offer a “full core and quad workout” due to the “patchy” roads.
“Why my Rapido rides in Bangalore are secretly a fitness hack (and easier on the wallet!) Who needs a gym membership when you can get a full core and quad workout during your daily commute? Here’s why I’m Team Two-Wheeler in Namma Bengaluru whenever my chauffer is on off,” Aggarwal said as he listed four reasons to support his point.
Aggarwal said that your “core and quads get an amazing workout as you balance yourself” on those “patchy” roads in Bengaluru. The perfect weather in Bengaluru is a “bonus” that serves as free AC during every ride. Plus, he ends up saving money as well that he then spends on his post-workout protein smoothies.

“To all gym trainers – yes, ‘Bangalore Road Warrior’ counts as cross-training,” Aggarwal concluded his post which also features a photo of himself on a Rapido ride.
